The decision to make Sovereign Hills their new home will deliver an added bonus for four new buyers.

This spring Sovereign Hills and the Sovereign Hills Display Village are giving away four magical gardens to the value of $10,000.

The lucky winners must purchase a block of land from Sovereign Hills and commit to build their new home with one of the village’s 12 builders during the next three months.

They will each receive a consultation with the Bonny Hills Garden Centre which will design and install a unique garden to compliment the new structure once construction is complete.

“Often the garden is the last thing new home buyers think of when building, but winning one of these amazing vouchers will ensure the home’s outdoor presentation is taken care of from the get go and will be as equally impressive as the attention paid on the inside,” said Sovereign Hills Land Sales Manager Luke Moreta.

The Sovereign Hills Display Village is the first port of call for Mid North Coast residents thinking of building a new home. With 16 homes on display, it is the largest display home in regional New South Wales, offering hundreds of floorplans to choose from and expert advice seven days a week.

Sovereign Hills is a development of the Lewis Land Group and continues to grow from strength to strength. This master planned community is fast approaching the sale of the 500th block of land, with the potential to develop more than 2,000 home sites.

The four $10,000 landscape voucher winners will be drawn at the Sovereign Hills Community Movie Night on 30 November at 6pm in the Joeys Meadow Parkland.
