Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is conducted by Sovereign Hills Sales Pty Ltd ABN 42 001 110 345 (The Promoter) on behalf of the Sovereign Hills Land Sales Centre - 14 Sovereign Drive, Port Macquarie NSW 2444.
2. The promotion offers a $10,000 Harvey Norman Gift Voucher and applies to land purchased in Sovereign Hills’ Stirling Green Stage Eight land release during the promotion period.
3. This promotion opens on Saturday 1 March at 9am AEST and closes on Monday 31 March 2025 at 5:00pm AEST. Purchases made outside this period are not eligible.
To qualify as an Eligible Land Purchaser’ the buyer must satisfy all the following conditions:
i) Initial deposits paid between 1 March and 31 March 2025;
ii) Exchange contracts within 30 days of receipt;
iii) Complete settlement within 21 days from notice of registration or complete settlement prior to 14 June 2025, whichever occurs the earliest.
*No extensions of time will be permitted.
4. This offer is applicable to Stirling Green Stage Eight Lots sold during the period this promotion is open. Purchases made before or after this period are ineligible.
5. This promotion applies to single dwellings only and is not valid for multi-residential properties, duplexes, house and granny flats combinations or dual living arrangements.
6. The gift voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. It cannot be transferred to any other party, including subsequent property owners.
7. The Promoter will provide a Harvey Norman $10,000 gift voucher within 14 days of settlement. Gift vouchers can be collected from the Land Sales office or will be mailed via registered mail. If mailed, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen vouchers.
8. The Promoter is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Any disputes regarding this promotion will be resolved at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
10. This promotion complies with Australian Consumer Law and any relevant state/territory regulations.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not disadvantage existing eligible participants.
