Lewis Land Group has released the first 10 lots in this stage with more than 50% selling immediately. An additional 19 lots will be released for sale in early July.
“These lots range in size from 540m2 to 1,434m2, with prices starting from $375,000,” added Nicole Landy. “There will be something there for everyone, including several highly sought after duplex-suitable sites.”
