Sovereign Hills is a hive of construction activity with the registration and complete sale of the development’s southern precinct, The Heritage.
Comprising 416 level blocks of land, The Heritage was in high demand due to the leafy outlook, close proximity to parkland and child care, and the timing of the release - as the appetite for land on the Mid North Coast soared during the pandemic lockdowns.
Land Sales Manager Nicole Landy was pleased to announce the registration of all nine stages, paving the way for more land purchasers to build their dream home.
“The Heritage is taking shape quickly,” she shared. “More than 200 beautiful new homes, from contemporary to Hamptons-inspired designs, have already been built in this precinct and there are many more under construction.
“The best part is more lovely first home buyers, families and retirees have now joined our dynamic community fabric and we look forward to welcoming our newest locals to one of our community events soon.”
An open parkland, providing a new space for locals to enjoy the outdoors, exercise and mingle, is also planned in this precinct, with more details to be announced soon.
As one chapter ends, another begins; construction of the development’s newest land release in the nearby Stirling Green residential precinct is well underway.
Lewis Land Group has released the first 10 lots in this stage with more than 50% selling immediately. An additional 19 lots will be released for sale in early July.
“These lots range in size from 540m2 to 1,434m2, with prices starting from $375,000,” added Nicole Landy. “There will be something there for everyone, including several highly sought after duplex-suitable sites.”
These centrally located lots are within walking distance of the Sovereign Place Town Centre, and conveniently close to St Joseph’s Regional College, all just 10 minutes from the Port Macquarie CBD and beaches.
“While the majority of Sovereign Hills land purchasers are existing Hastings residents, who are either upsizing to make way for more family members, or downsizing as they enter the next phase of their life, we have seen several purchasers relocate from Sydney, Newcastle and other regional areas to our community.”
With the median price for a four-bedroom home in Port Macquarie now sitting at $930,000 (according to realestate.com.au’s June 2022 - May 2023 snapshot), Sovereign Hills still presents land purchasers with an opportunity to build a new dwelling in a modern community, depending on their needs, for less.
