Our second Land Sales office is now open in the thriving heart of our community, at the Sovereign Place Town Centre.

For the latest land release and future development information in a convenient location, you can now pop in and see our expert sales team, Nicole Landy and Lyndal Thrower, between Monday and Saturday.

The office is located next to the IGA entrance and is already proving popular with visitors to the town centre.

“We’re enjoying reconnecting with current residents and meeting new people interested in learning about what’s coming up at Sovereign Hills, at our second location,” shared Land Sales Manager Nicole Landy.

“Visitors are particularly interested in the upcoming Barton Heights land release, overlooking the town centre. As this development takes shape, we look forward to sharing the release dates.”

Construction recently began on this 91-lot precinct, which adjoins the very first residential precinct Barton Heights.

“There are also 13 lots for sale in Sovereign Hills’ Stirling Green precinct south of the Oxley Highway. We anticipate these lots to register in October this year, allowing prospective purchasers ample time to find a builder and take care of all the groundwork prior to settlement.”

You can visit the Sovereign Place Land Sales office between 10am and 2pm weekdays and from 10am to 3pm on Saturdays.
