The missing link between Sovereign Hills’ southern and northern precincts is almost ready for action.

Carlie Jane Drive should open to traffic in the third quarter of this year, providing an alternative route, bike and pathways to St Joseph’s Regional College and our highly anticipated town centre precinct.

This important piece of infrastructure will service Sovereign Hills’ growing community.

“Carlie Jane Drive is a substantial financial investment by the Lewis Land Group and delivers on another key infrastructure promise to connect our community,” said LLG’s Head of National Sales and Marketing Robert Challenger.

“This connection is nearing completion and needs to be signed off by a raft of government agencies before it can be dedicated and opened for public use.”

The road will provide safe passage to the new town centre (Stage 1 coming late 2019), which is set to include a full-line supermarket, speciality stores, a medical centre and pharmacy.
