A local display village builder has unveiled a fresh look and customer experience focused on the new home building journey.
Build a new life is the motto of Pycon ‘Builders + Designers’.
The locally owned and operated builder has created more than 1,000 homes across the Hastings region over the past 43 years.
The Pycon team has drawn on this wealth of experience to redefine the home building experience for clients and visitors to their Sovereign Hills Display Village display homes alike.
“Through a strategic rebranding effort, the company has evolved to better align with its core values and mission,” Pycon General Manager Adam Suitor explained.
“Customising homes to suit individual lifestyles is our lifeblood. We ask you the questions you might not expect to uncover the customisation ideas you might not have thought of.”
Pycon has launched a new information guide complete with 3D rendered floor plans with QR code quick links and pricing information, and interior styling inspiration and insights from in-house designer Lory Suitor.
The builder has also launched its Flowbuild process designed to keep clients across the steps to building a new home from their personalised Lifestyle Profile questionnaire, which prompts people to think about the design details of their new home at the very start, right through to move in day.
“Coffee drawers, dog nooks, double showers, DIY workspaces, hobby tables, alfresco areas, outdoor gyms, space for caravans… We want you to love your new home, not just for the way it looks, but for the way it helps you live.”
At Pycon’s Hamptons-inspired Bayside and contemporary Waratah designs you will find new home consultants Belina Scaysbrook and Tanya Jennings.
The sales team is looking forward to introducing visitors and clients to the Flowbuild process and helping them make their house a home.
