The upside to downsizing will be the focus of a free seminar hosted by the Sovereign Hills master planned community in Port Macquarie this month.

The seminar will explore how to plan your brand new home, handy lifestyle tips and how to unlock finances. It will hear from guest speakers from Morgans Financial Limited, the Posify Group, the Sovereign Hills Display Village and Sovereign Hills.
