Free First Home Buyers Information Evening

Recent changes to the Federal Government’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme could help you buy your first home.

Port Macquarie’s Sovereign Hills Display Village is hosting a free information evening on Thursday 26 November to help first home buyers understand the changes and learn how they can fast-track their home ownership dream.

Hear from lending and industry experts as they explain:

  • The home buying process
  • The latest government grants
  • What they mean for you when planning your first home
  • First home buyer FAQs

“First home buyers can save up to $35,000 when taking into consideration the first home loan deposit scheme, government grants and stamp duty exemptions,” explained a Sovereign Hills Display Village spokesperson.

“This free information evening will explain how the scheme works, the role of a conveyancer when purchasing a block of land or an existing property, share helpful savings tips and answer some of the most common house and land questions from first time buyers.

Speakers include:

  • Matt Lester – Regional Australia Bank
  • James Page – Page Conveyancing
  • Ricky Perryman – Sovereign Hills Display Village
  • Luke Moreta – Sovereign Hills
