The very latest in new home design and technology has been unveiled in the new Sovereign Hills Display Village, now open and awaiting your visit.
York Street is the setting for Sovereign Hills’ third display village and the biggest and most sustainable yet, with 21 display homes from 15 leading builders.
They include award-winning builders: Adenbrook Homes, Better Homes & Developments, Coral Homes, Hotondo Homes, McDonald Jones Homes, Perry Homes, Pycon Homes and Constructions, Sorensen & Caldon Builders, Stroud Homes and Vaughan Homes.

Joining the village for the first time in 2021 are Rob Tate Homes, G.J. Gardner Homes, Hibbard Homes, MOJO Homes and Metricon.

York Street is a walk-through display village, with parking at both ends, allowing visitors to wander more freely and safely between homes.
Builders have ventured outside the box to deliver unique single and double-storey homes complete with classic and contemporary facades, while responding to the needs and desires of their customers.
From high-end kitchens and luxurious parent retreats, to study nooks, open plan living, and resort-style entertaining areas complete with pools, builders have truly demonstrated how in 2021 a home can become your haven.
There are also many display village firsts. Hotondo Homes has achieved an 8.6 NatHERS (energy) star rating through features such as polished concrete flooring, skylights, upgraded insulation, and passive heating and cooling techniques.

Despite the end of the HomeBuilder grant, builders are anticipating another busy year ahead as more clients seek a new home to suit their new lifestyle in a regional area.
