The Sovereign Hills Display Village is turning one and to celebrate it’s rewarding one lucky new home builder.
Not only will the display village host an evening street party on Saturday, 12 May, with Cassegrain wine and beer tastings, Bago Bluff quince and cheese platters, and smoked meat by local barbecue aficionado Adam Roberts, they’re giving away a new car.
From 1 March to 12 May, you will have the opportunity to win a Mazda CX3 Maxx auto from Port Macquarie Mazda.
To enter the draw, entrants must commit to build a new home with one of the Sovereign Hills Display Village builders during the competition timeframe which ceases at 4pm on 12 May.
The draw will take place during the street party on Sovereign Drive at 6pm and the winner must be present to claim the major prize.
Village builders hope the promotion will encourage people considering building a new home to take the next step.
“The volume and quality of people coming through the display village has been consistent over the past year. Hopefully this entices people to make a more speedy building decision,” Sorensen and Caldon Builders’ Adam Ferris stated.
“We’re hoping it will raise awareness of the great display village we have in Port Macquarie and at the end of the day, who doesn’t want to win a new car?” suggested Pycon Homes and Constructions’ Troy Easton.
“Perry Homes believe that this promotion will give buyers extra incentive to come and speak to our new home consultant,” shared Perry Homes’ Kaye Durre.
The Sovereign Hills Display Village 1st birthday event will showcase 16 designs from the region’s award-winning builders, including two new homes from Better Homes and Developments and Stroud Homes.
The community is encouraged to come and see the homes in a new light, sample the local regional produce on offer and listen to live music as Sovereign Drive is transformed for one night only.
The display village is the largest in regional New South Wales and since opening in March 2016 has welcomed a steady stream of home builders, home lovers and renovators keen to explore, and replicate, the many design and décor ideas.
The village is serviced by the Stirling Green Café and the Sovereign Hills Land Sales Centre which are located at the village gateway.
The village’s 1st birthday celebrations will get underway at 4:30pm on Saturday 12 May on Sovereign Drive, Port Macquarie.
