Sovereign Hills locals are invited to an afternoon of free family fun in our community.

Grab your picnic rug and head on over to Stirling Green parkland on Litchfield Parkway on Saturday 14 October from 1pm – 4pm, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon outdoors mixing with friendly faces and making new connections.

 Activities include:

-      Pony rides

-      Sand art

-      Glitter tattoos

-      Market stalls

-      Live music

-      Gold coin sausage sizzle supporting our volunteer fire fighters

-      Coffee cart

It’s never been more important to build connections with your neighbours. Building a sense of community can help reduce social isolation, help us feel safer, increase our sense of belonging and make day-to-day life more enjoyable in general.

It can also make asking for that egg or cup of sugar you need for recipe you've started that little less daunting.
