Easter Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is a promotion conducted by Lewis Capital (Sovereign Hills) Pty Ltd atf The Sovereign Hills Unit Trust ABN 69 512 725 485 (“Promoter”) on behalf of the Sovereign Place Town Centre.
2. Entries and information regarding the prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition opens on Wednesday 9 April at 3pm and closes on Monday 21 April at 6pm.
4. To be eligible to enter the promotion the entrant must:
a. Reside in Australia
b. Be able to collect the prize fromSovereign Place Town Centre
c. Be 18 years or older at the timeof entry. If you are not 18 the prize can be collected by your parent orguardian.
d. Complete entry requirements –Liking the competition post, Following Sovereign Place Town Centre on Instagram,linking the competition post and tagging friends in the comments
5. The competition prize is valuedat over $200 and includes 1 x $100 Sovereign Place Town Centre gift card, Easterchocolates and Easter accessories.
6. The prize winner will be chosen at random inthe Sovereign Place Town Centre (15 Chancellors Drive, Port Macquarie) on Tuesday22 April 2025 at midday.
7. The winner will be announced viadirect contact on Instagram and on Instagram stories on Tuesday 22 April 2025.
8. A representative of the Sovereign Place TownCentre will contact the winner within 24 hours.
9. Employees of the Promoter andrelated entities of the Promoter (including employees, agents, directors andcontractors), and employees and immediate family members of the Sovereign PlaceTown Centre businesses are ineligible to enter.
10. The Promoter’s decision is finaland no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter is not liable forany damage or loss whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited toindirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained inconnection with the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excludedby law.
12. The prize is not transferable,exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. As a condition of accepting theprize, the winner must present photo identification and sign any documentationreasonably required by the Promoter, including but not limited to a legalrelease and indemnity form.
14. The Promoter and its relatedentities (including employees, agents, directors and contractors), and theSovereign Place Town Centre businesses, will not be liable for any loss ordamage or for any personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained as aresult of accepting or using the prize or entering into this competition.

The Promoter collects personalinformation from all Eligible Applicants in order to conduct the promotion.Eligible Applicants personal information may be disclosed to state authoritiesand the winner’s name published if required by law. A request to access, updateor correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
