Adenbrook Homes celebrates birthday with $100,000 gift
The home building industry isn’t for the faint hearted, there are contractors and sub-contractors to manage, building supplies to organise and constant deadlines to adhere to.
You must also consider the expectations of the customer who is often making the biggest purchase of their life and are emotionally invested in the development of their dream home.
So, it’s no mean feat Adenbrook Homes has notched up a decade in the new home building industry in the Port Macquarie-Hastings region.
Port Macquarie-Coffs Harbour business owner Matt Morris, colleagues, clients and associates gathered at their display home in the Sovereign Hills Display Village on 2 May to acknowledge the milestone and pay tribute to the people who played a role along the way.
“The night’s celebrations were a great opportunity to pay thanks to the many staff, clients, businesses and trades who have both supported and worked with us over the years,” Mr Morris shared.
“Many of our trades and suppliers teamed with us from those humble beginnings 10 years ago which is a really big deal in this industry. This is something we’re very grateful for.
“Our gratitude extends to the nearly 300 people we both directly and indirectly employ. As a local business, supporting local is important to us.”
Adenbrook Homes is celebrating the achievement with a $100,000 birthday present, with their next 10 customers to receive a new home gift valued at more than $10,000.
This gift includes a 3kW solar panel system, solar hot water system, 1200mm entry door, three kitchen pot drawers, square-set ceilings, Westinghouse dishwasher and microwave, silk-finished kitchen cabinetry and more.
“Over $10,000 in added value is a fantastic offer for our clients and these 10 gifts on us are some of our most commonly requested upgrades. Plus, we also have a fantastic offer on stone benchtops and ceiling height to top it off,” Adenbrook Homes Port Macquarie New Home Consultant Belina Scaysbrook shared.
The 10th birthday gift can be claimed with the first 10 May 2019 new home deposits.
